Basic Care Package $450

Includes:

• 1 pre-birth consultation of two hour duration.
• Labour care (phone contact in early labour and we will join you once you are established into labour)
• 1 post-birth support visit of two hour duration in the hospital or at your home.

Complete Care Package $650

Includes:

• 2 pre-birth consultations of two hour duration.
• Labour care
• 2 post-birth support visits of two hour duration.
• A 1/2 hour prenatal Bowens massage session or a 1/2 hour postnatal Reiki healing session.

Deluxe Care Package $800

Includes:

• 2 pre-birth consultations of two hour duration
• Labour care
• 2 post-birth support visits of two hour duration
• 1 private lactation consultation to assist with breastfeeding
• A birth record and photos of your birth
• A 1/2 hour prenatal Bowens massage session and a 1/2 hour postnatal Reiki healing session

Postnatal Doulas

A postnatal doula focuses on supporting the mother in both emotional and practical ways. This can include things such as, cooking simple meals, looking after other children, giving you time out to have a bath or a much needed nap. We can also provide moral support on your first trip out with the baby and in developing settling/sleeping/feeding routines tailored to your family. Our aim is to help you develop your own mothering skills in a relaxed and stress-free manner.
Fees are $20.00 per hour with a minimum of 4 hours.

It is also possible to tailor a package and pricing structure suitable to you. A non-refundable deposit is required upon booking.
